About Me

Experienced. Certified. Supportive.

Who better knows how to help those dealing with the struggle of daily chronic pain then someone who currently lives with daily chronic pain?

Rewind to several years ago when I was involved in a severe car accident that resulted in multiple fractures, the worst of which being my leg and ankle.

The mental anguish of the accident was masked by the physical pain and while I tried dealing with the pain through physiotherapy and reconstructive surgeries nothing seemed to completely take that pain away.

Over the last decade I’ve lived through other kinds of pain as well: tragic losses, family mental health issues and the stresses of “adulting”. These challenges have added to my physical pain on a mental and emotional level.

It wasn't until more recently when I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia that I realized the pain was more than I could handle and I needed to find a better solution to deal with it. This is when I looked inside and found my own solutions for managing my pain.

This physical pain could be managed by compartmentalizing and using my own emotions, energy and brain power to get on top of it and have control over my life again.

Every day has become a struggle to get out of bed and maintain my daily activities, especially with a young child.

I am a very motivated individual and it was through self-discovery, determination and self-management that I began to focus more on the mental rehabilitation than the physical aspect of it and wanted to specifically address my battle with chronic pain.

I now view my pain as a positive part of my daily life as it does not hinder me from the doing the things I love and in fact has motivated me to help others.

I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles of relentless pain that seem to be holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, uncomfortable, and unfulfilled. I am here to help my clients achieve a more positive outlook on life and provide them with all the tools necessary to get them towards their goal of reducing their suffering and return to a higher level of wellness.

Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way and put you back in the driver's seat of your life.
