Day 6 / 100: Creative Flow Brain Power ! #the100dayproject #100daysOfBrainPower Get creative. ✍💥🎨 Doing something creative can help you feel more calm, in less pain and relaxed. Creativity works by distracting you from worrying thoughts, giving you a healthy outlet, a focus for your emotions and mentality. Also stimulates your senses sending the good feeling nerve signals to your brain to help dimish your chronic pain. You can try painting, drawing, making crafts (my favourite🤗), dancing, baking or sewing. The key is to try not to worry too much about the finished product and just focus on enjoying yourself. No talent is required. Spend doing something creative each day can make a difference. HAVE FUN!!!!
