An apple a day truly does keep your mind feeling “hooray”. Ok... that was maybe a stretch in coming up with a word that rhymes with day. But there is truth to this statement. A healthy, well fed and relaxed mind is the best asset you can have. So, the question you need to ask yourself is a simple one:

A “mindapple” is a day to day activity that you do to look after your mind. It could be a healthy habit such as drinking water or even exercising. Or maybe painting or writing. But your brain is unique to you and its not as easy finding a one-size-fits-all solution. 🙏🍎
People who spend more time doing things they enjoy tend to be happier, like their lives more, suffer less pain, depression and stress, have lower blood pressure and enjoy better physical health. Therefore, making time in your day for whatever “breathers” and “restorers” that make you feel calm, happy and that you enjoy, can develop lasting habits to keep your mind in good condition. Give yourself permission to manage your mental health and well-being, then your physical health and life will automatically improve. You rely on your brain for everything you do, so look after it.
