The mind is one of the biggest contributors to energy levels.⚡ The benefits of having high levels of mental energy include happiness, confidence, focus, and increased willpower, motivation, and productivity. Some of us have our creative time or the time we perform best mentally in the morning hours and others in the evening hours. There is no right or wrong to this as we are all simply different.

It is a good idea to first identify what periods of the day your brain is alert and productive and when it is sluggish. One of the most popular areas of productivity is time management. Every busy person has at one time or another like the idea that managing time effectively could help them squeeze a few extra drops of time into the day. The problem with time management is that no matter how good you are at concentration you can only sustain it for a short while. Eventually your mind will get tired and your productivity will drop. Therefore, the principle of productivity is to manage energy, not time. 🙌

So, what matters is not how much time you spend on a task but how much energy you are able to give to it. The smart strategy is to spend your time where it can be most effective and by prioritizing things accordingly to their relevance.👍

To maximize your productivity, you have to manage your mental energy and make sure your mind is in a good state to work effectively. If you are able to organize your day as you like, make the most of the times when you feel fresh to get the important things done. When you feel tired, do easier things that take less thought. Try to make important decisions first when you have the most energy. If you have a lot of important things to do, don’t waste your energy on unimportant tasks, save your mental resources for what really matters. The goal with productivity is not endless activity but sustainable engagement and BRAIN POWER.
